Day 1: SAIGON – YANGON (D)
Afternoon:
• Arrive in Yangon – Tour Guide & car welcome and pick you up at the Airport. Transfer to hotel for check in.
• Start to discover Yangon city, you will have an interesting visit to the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, the world famous glistening gold stupa towering over the city with spearing to height of 326 fees.
Evening:
• Have dinner at local restaurant.
• Free time to discover the city, formerly known as Rangoon. One of the most fascinating and authentic capitals of South-East Asia that still maintains its colonial charm with wide tree lined avenues, tranquil lakes, and gracious turn of the century architecture.
• You can walk on the banks of the Inya lake before overnight in Yangon.
Day 2: YANGON – BAGO – YANGON (B/L/D)
Morning:
• Have breakfast at hotel.
• Drive to Bago (about 80 km and 2 hours driving) to discover the wonders former capital of the Mon Kingdom in the 16th century.
• On the way, visit to Htauk Kyant War Cemetery. It is largest memorial cemetery in Myanmar which which bears the names of almost 27,000 Allied soldiers who died in the Myanmar Campaign during World War II
• Visit Kyakhatwine Monastery and visit “Kanbawzathardi Palace” the famous palace of the Emperor of the Second Myanmar Kingdom.
• Visit Bago Market, where we can see the ways of life local people and buy local products.
• Lunch at local restaurant
Afternoon:
• Visit Shwethalyaung Reclining Buddha Image, that has a length of 55 meter and a height of 16 meter, it is considered the second largest Reclining Buddha Image in the world.
• Continue to visit Shwemawdaw Pagoda, 28 meter high huge Buddha Image of Kyaikpun Pagoda, Chinese Kwanyin Temple. Visit weaving factory and observe the daily life in Mon village.
• Transfer back to Yangon, on the way visit the Huge Sitting Marble Buddha Image, Lawka Chantha Abaya Lahba Muni meaning Buddha blessing the whole Universe, being healthy, wealthy and free from danger. From here, a few meters away, visit the house of three White Elephants.
Evening:
• Have dinner at local restaurant.
• Free time at leisure to discover nightlife of the city.
• Overnight in Yangon.
Day 3: YANGON – THANLYIN – YANGON (B/L/D)
Morning:
• Have breakfast at hotek
• Visit Thanlyin (Syriam) which was a Portuguese colonial port during the 16th Century. You will have opportunities to see the countryside around Yangon including the busy local market and the must see Sacred Heart Church, built by the Portuguese during 18th Century.
• Proceed to Kyauk Tan and visit Yele Pagoda (A floating Pagoda which is Pagoda on a small island in the middle of the river) is a popular pace of pilgrims.
• Drive back to Yangon. Lunch at local restaurant and visit to Jade and Ruby workshop
Afternoon:
• Visit to Bogyoke Market, Indian Market and busy China town.
• Continue to visit Nan Thida Jetty, from here you can observe the great panoramic view of the Yangon River.
Evening:
• Have dinner and enjoy traditional dance at local restaurant.
• Overnight in Yangon.
Day 4: YANGON – SAIGON (B/L)
Morning:
• After morning breakfast, check out hotel.
• Sightseeing to Sule Pagoda. You will witness the daily life of the local watch-repairers. Spend a while to discover the business of photo-shop and Astrologer Palmist Shop around the Pagoda.
• Driving through the heart of Yangon, photo stops at City Hall and many other colonial style buildings.
• Free time for shopping at Bogyoke (Scott’s) Market (closed on Monday) which is a great place to pride up traditional handicrafts, artworks, small antiques, junk jewelry, gems stores and other souvenir shops.
• Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon:
• Transfer to airport for the flight depart from Yagon. Farewell & see you again
