Bookings can be made by email info@vietnammicetravel.com or by fax (+84-8) 3932 6867. We will reply to your reservation within 12 hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.

2. Payment & deposit

For guaranteeing your booking, we require a deposit of 20% of total charge for these services as package tours, day trips, cruises, car rental and other travel services right after you confirm the booking.

We require full payment for these services as all flights ticket, landing visa, and hotel reservation right after you confirm the service.

After confirm booking, Full payment shall be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or if the booking is made within 30 days of your arrival, full payment must be made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.

3. Payment method

We accept the payment by bank transfer or credit card.

a. By credit card:

Currently, we only accept VISA, Master Card. Please be advised that the bank charge of 3.5 % for Visa and Master Cards is on your account.

When you choose to pay by credit card please send us the following papers via email.

• Confirm letter/ credit payment form(fulfill all information)
• The scans of your credit card (both sides)
• The scan of card owner’s passport

Please note that the payment is only approved after our account credited the amount. Therefore, it usually takes 5-7 working days for process.

4. Change & Cancellation

Because it is subject to many issues such as your booking services, the season of your trip, etc., so we will inform about this in case by case. Our travel consultant will inform about change & cancellation policies to you when quoting proposal & confirming booking.

5. Insurance

Since our package tours, day trips and other travel services DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE you are required to obtain your own full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides you with the requisite level of cover.

6. Luggage Allowance

In accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Airlines, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 20 kg for economy class and 40 kg for business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

7. Liability 

Vietnam MICE Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Customers.
